Between the one who provides it and the one who receives it. We open the way for products and services into the Saudi market, and design the experience of the people they serve.
Every valuable product, service or discovery has to cross a last gap before it reaches the person it is meant for. Most sectors leave these touchpoints unmapped. The right segmentation, personas and journey design turn them from friction into trust.
A flight has to become a journey.
A genomic result has to become a decision a doctor can act on and a patient can understand.
A product made abroad has to become something a Saudi institution trusts.
Healthcare is where the gap is widest. Precision medicine and longevity science now produce more data about a single person than any system was built to explain: the genome, the epigenome, the mitochondria, the microbiome.
We benchmark the patient journey across the services shaping this field: hereditary genetic testing (Invitae, now part of Labcorp), pharmacogenomics (OneOme RightMed), epigenetic biological-age clocks across organ systems, telomere-length analysis (Wincell), gut microbiome sequencing (Viome), and clinical whole-genome sequencing on Illumina NovaSeq with the DRAGEN pipeline, classified to ACMG standards.
Each delivers a result. The question is what happens after it arrives: how it becomes clear to the patient and useful to the care team, with clinical decisions remaining with specialists.
Our Atlas of Programmable Biology tracks where the field is heading, with AI as the analytical engine across gene editing (CRISPR), RNA therapeutics, multi-omics integration, liquid biopsy and stem cell therapies.
We measure the journey in numbers, understand people through behavioral and social science, and leave the science to its specialists. Different sectors, one compass: the experience of the person we serve. We work with a small number of partners, deeply and with clear responsibilities.

GuestEquation grew from a lifelong curiosity. As a secondary-school student in Makkah, he balanced chemical equations and drew chromosomes and family pedigrees by hand, curious how small variables shape a whole life. Three decades at Saudia, across guest experience, corporate services and executive advisory roles, gave that curiosity a practical compass: customer experience. His doctoral research in economic sociology examined how services move from the public to the private sector in Saudi Arabia, and what that shift means for institutions and the people they serve.
